파리 외곽에 사는 십대 소년 미키와 이드리스는 파리로 놀러 왔다가 우연히 주차장에서 살인현장을 목격하게 된다.
현장을 핸드폰 동영상으로 촬영하다 발각된 두 소년은 자신들의 스케이트 보드 실력을 최대한으로 발휘하여 달아나 범죄자들을 신고하기 위해 경찰서로 달려간다.
